Sorry if it sounds like Jaystone hates Whiteheart. He doesn't, but he's kinda stressed with the whole Medicine Cat thing on only his shoulders...

An Abyssinian Blue Kitten was dashing wildly around the Medicine Cat. A kitten was all he was, and now he was a full-fledged Medicine Cat. Whiteheart, the Medicine Cat before him, decided to become a Warrior because he had fallen in love wiht the Leader, Fyrestar.
Jaystone didn't know whether to be happy or mad at Whiteheart. He had just become Medicine Cat Apprentice, healed Fyrestar, and bam! A full Medicine Cat! The problem here was that he was only six moons, and had no clue what herb was what. How can I be Medicine Cat, if I don't even know the right herbs?! he asked himself. Jaystone only knew a little about them, and how to sort them. But to use them was totally different.
To make matters harder for Jaystone, all his friends were mad at him for getting a Warrior name...Medicine Cat name..oh whatever! before them. And to top that off Jaystone was blind!
The new Medicine Cat paused for a second and sighed. He was only six moons! How could Whiteheart just throw this all on top of me! he asked himself. Jaystone couldn't help thinking that Whiteheart really just didn't want to teach a blind cat, so he got out of it before he had to. Jaystone closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When he opened them, he was staring into the face of his old mentor. Yes? he asked. [/size] |

Whiteheart could read his eyes and figure out what he was thinking. Whiteheart said something aloud to Jaystone, "I had to go exactly what you went through. Except mine was worse. I accidently ate a mysterious herb and it made me not able to see for a moon. Only my mentor was dead, so I had to take on the position of you, only I tought myself." Whiteheart paused for a moment and felt simythy for the young kitten. He then pulled out a few herbs and started to teach Jaypaw the herbs, he tried to make it as fun as possible to help him coupe with what he was going through.
